color psd preview tutorial

This is not a tutorial on how to make a coloring psd. This is a tutorial on how to make a coloring psd PREVIEW.


You'll be making something like:

The Steps

1. Get the coloring psd preview ready.


2. Okay so there's way to do this "perfectly" but who gives a shit about that? lmao who would notice anyway? Zoom in and put the pen tool lines like this


And now pick which side you DONT WANT colored and outline around it


Right click anywhere inside the area that was outlined and click "Make selection" >> OK."


3. Click "Layer" >> "New" >> "Layer via copy." This is what the layer looks like for me. You can tell that half of the picture is missing.


4. Open your coloring psd and drag it over. Put the coloring psd layers IN BETWEEN the original image and the layer copy.

or this if you want it on the side (could do top or bottom too) which I suggest just using the rectanglular marquee tool for this one cause it's easier.
