define a brush tutorial

What you'll need:
One of the Photoshop programs.

The Steps

1. Open the brush pack that has the brushes you want to define. I'm opening a brush pack from my website just for the sake of this tutorial.Do not redistribute these brushes please.

2. Click on either the pen tool, or the polygon lasso tool, or the free form pen tool. I always use the free form pen tool, or normal pen tool. I like it way better. Using whichever tool you chose, outline the brush you want to define. Hopefully you know how to use the pen tool. (If not than outline the brush in the pen tool, connecting last dot to the first dot. Right click >> make selection >> ok. If you don't get this, check out the cutout tutorial. or contact me.)

3. Click "Edit" >> "Define Brush Preset".

4. Type in what you want the brush called. Then click ok. You're done!!
