    What you'll need:
  • One of the Photoshop Programs
  • click here for the polka dot pattern

  • What you'll be making:

    The Steps

    1. Define the circle brush I provided. Create a new layer and place the circles in the rays you want it to be in.

    2. Duplicate the layer. On the duplicated layer, double click it and change the Fill Opacity to 0%

    Don't click OK yet. Click "stroke."

    I have this so far

    3. On the duplicated layer, click "Filter >> Other >> Offset >>" For horizontal: choose either +3 or +4. For Vertical: 0. Make sure Wrap Around is selected.

    4. On the original dots layer, add a drop shadow.
