A domain is like the website you're currently on - loveblush.net!More examples of domains: google.com, youtube.com, facebook.com.
The Steps
1. Go to namecheap.com {this ones my fave so I personally suggest this one}, or you can use godaddy.com2. Make an account.
3. On the main page, you should see something saying to "search a domain." You have to search the exact domain you want to make sure it's available.
4. For example, I'm going to search "sealush.net"
Sealush.net is available! I could add it to my cart and then buy it. You can also see more options below it like "sealush.info" and "sealush.me". If you don't see a .com option than search with .com next. I searched sealush.com and it's available... for REALLY expensive because it's premium. Avoid premium websites because they're so overpriced.
Now you need domain hosting. You can buy hosting from namecheap.com (this can be very costly) or you can POSSIBLY find a host in the sw, like Myself {click here} @wishrose.net or Shanna {click here} @firewish.net
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that buying a domain doesn't automatically mean you have hosting. They are NOT the same.
